Read the following instruction carefully :* ফর্ম ফিলাপ এর সময় আবেদনকারীর নিজের মোবাইল নং ও নিজের ইমেইল লাগবে। নিজের ইমেইল আইডি না থাকলে আগেই তৈরি কোরে নিতে হবে। ওটিপি , ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত এবং অন্যন্ন খবরাখবর ই-মেইলে পাঠানো হবে।
যে ডকুমেন্ট এর স্ক্যান কপি আপলোড করতে হবে ( .jpg) :
১। নিজের রঙ্গিন পাসপোর্ট ফটোর স্ক্যান কপি। (50 kb Max)
২। নিজ - স্বাক্ষর এর স্ক্যান কপি। (25 kb Max)
৩। H.S. পরীক্ষার মারকস সীট এর স্ক্যান কপি । (200 kb Max)
৪। মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার এডমিট কার্ড এর স্ক্যান কপি । (200 kb Max)
৫। কাস্ট সারটিফিকেট এর স্ক্যান কপি ( প্রয়োজন বোধে ) ।(200 kb Max)
৬। PH সারটিফিকেট এর স্ক্যান কপি ( প্রয়োজন বোধে ) । (200 kb Max)

Click above button according to your choice : Honours/Advance Courses or General Courses Fill up the Application Form carefully and submit by clicking Submit button. Always keep a system generated Application form after completion of payment of form fees. Application Fees must be submitted. If Application Fees is not submitted you will not be entertained for meritlist. Our system will reject your Application. If you wish to apply for more than one course, please submit separate Application Form and pay Form Fee separately. It is very important to put your personal Mobile number. We may send important messeges to that number. Use only 10 Digit Mobile number. Please see the document list and keep all the required documents at the time of form fillup. Remember that if any document(s) is/are found wrong at the time of verification your application will be cancelled. So carefully fillup the application form. Scan copy pasport size coloured photo within 50 KB and that of signature within 25 KB must be uploaded along with application. Images of Photo and Signature must be in JPG format. |
